Return Policy | Known by Him

At Known by Him, every piece is made to order. Because of this, we don’t carry inventory or restock returns. That said, we always want you to be confident in what you buy, and we’ll work with you to make things right.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • If your order has an issue, please contact us at returns@knownbyhimapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem.

Exchanges

  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, we’re happy to offer a one-time free exchange on unworn, unwashed items — as long as the product is still available.
  • Limited Run pieces may not be eligible for exchange if they are sold out.

Custom Items

  • Custom products (like Verse Jars) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

Process

  1. Email returns@knownbyhimapparel.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for next steps.
  3. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement, arrange an exchange, or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.
