At Known by Him, every piece is made to order. This means your item is created after you place an order, not pulled from a warehouse. Below is how shipping works.
Processing Times
- Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.
- During peak seasons, processing may take longer.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Times
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Orders over $70 USD ship free within the U.S.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or factors outside our control.
Wrong Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
